Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 12-1297
- Library: shall mean a library which serves the general public and is supported in whole or in part with tax money. See Kansas Statutes 12-1218
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
All contracts previously entered into by the Eudora township library district shall be binding on the Eudora community library district and all outstanding bonds, debts and other obligations of the Eudora township library district shall become an obligation of the Eudora community library district.
