In the event that the city or county shall default in the payment of any STAR bonds payable from revenues described in subsection (a)(1) of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 12-17,169, and amendments thereto, no public funds shall be used to pay the holders thereof except as otherwise specifically authorized in this act.
