Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 12-4007

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

Any member of the legislature, appointed state official or elected public official shall have the right to attend any meeting of the council; and may present such official’s views on any subject which the council may be considering. Such official shall not have the right to participate in any decision which the council may make unless such official is a member of the council.
