Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 16-2005
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
For the purposes of this act:
(a) “Governmental entity” means a state agency or a municipality as the context requires.
(b) “Municipality” means the same as specified in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 12-105a, and amendments thereto.
(c) “State agency” means the same as specified in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-3728a, and amendments thereto.
