Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 16-314

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

For the purposes of this act, the term “prearranged funeral agreement” shall mean any agreement, contract or plan authorized by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 16-301, and amendments thereto.
