- credit card: means any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. See Kansas Statutes 16-844
Whoever, in a transaction affecting intrastate commerce, uses any counterfeit, fictitious, altered, forged, lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained credit card to obtain goods or services, or both, having a retail value aggregating $5,000 or more, shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
