Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 17-1303

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

All owners of lots, purchased of any such corporation, shall become members thereof, and be entitled to vote in the election of its officers, and upon any other matters, to the same extent as stockholders in other corporations.
