Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-2622
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

That any person violating any of the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 19-2620 and 19-2621 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than ten dollars, and shall be liable to such grantee whose property shall be so changed, injured, altered or destroyed, in a civil action for the amount of damages sustained together with all costs in the case.
