It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to inject, or cause to be injected, water or any other substance by means of what is known as a “needle” or “watergun” or by any other means, into dressed poultry that is prepared and/or offered for sale or sold in the state of Kansas, when such injection would increase the weight of such poultry.
