Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 2-2126
- Secretary: means the secretary of the Kansas department of agriculture, or the authorized representative of the secretary. See Kansas Statutes 2-2113
The secretary shall adopt, amend and repeal such rules and regulations as, in the discretion of the secretary, are necessary for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this act.
