Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 2-2460a
- Person: means any individual, partnership, association of persons, corporation or governmental agency. See Kansas Statutes 2-2438a
- Secretary: means the secretary of agriculture. See Kansas Statutes 2-2438a
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The secretary may cooperate or enter into formal agreements with any other agency or educational institution of this state or its subdivisions, with any agency or educational institution of any other state, with the federal government, or with any other person for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this act or securing uniformity of regulations.
