- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
(a) The office of judicial administration shall designate or develop a training protocol for judges, county and district attorneys and defense attorneys who work in juvenile court.
(b) The office of judicial administration shall report annually to the legislature and to the juvenile justice oversight committee established pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-52,161, and amendments thereto, data pertaining to the completion of the training protocol, including, but not limited to, the number of judges, district and county attorneys and defense attorneys who did and did not complete the training protocol.
