Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 23-36,610

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

A tribunal of this state may enforce a child support order of another state registered for purposes of modification, in the same manner as if the order had been issued by a tribunal of this state, but the registered support order may be modified only if the requirements of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 23-36,611 or 23-36,613, and amendments thereto, have been met.
