- road: include public bridges and may be construed to be equivalent to "county way" "county road" "common road" "state road" and "territorial road. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
If a proposed intermittent closing involves both a county bridge and a township road, then application shall be made to the board of county commissioners, and Kan. Stat. Ann. § 24-1234 but not Kan. Stat. Ann. § 24-1235 shall apply thereto. The board of county commissioners shall not issue a permit under this section, until it has received a written approval thereof by the board of township trustees involved.
