- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person who shall willfully obstruct or injure or destroy any ditch or drain constructed under the provisions of this act and the act to which it is amendatory and other amendments thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding five hundred dollars.
