(a) If a person is convicted of a violation of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 32-1014 and such person, within two years prior to such violation, committed another violation of this* section which arose out of a separate set of circumstances and for which the person was convicted, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
(b) Any person convicted of a violation of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 32-1014 shall be liable to the person with whom the violator interfered for all costs and damages resulting therefrom.
