That the state of Kansas hereby accepts the grant to it under and by virtue of that certain act of congress, approved June 22, 1916, entitled “An act granting to the state of Kansas title to certain lands in said state for use as a game preserve” whereby the secretary of the interior of the United States was authorized to grant to said state the public lands in sections twenty-five, twenty-six and thirty-five in township twenty-four south and sections one and two in township twenty-five south, all in range thirty-three west, sixth principal meridian, for use as a game preserve, subject to the conditions and limitations in said act contained.
