[The preamble to the act recites that the route for a line of railroad had been surveyed previous to the passage of an act of congress, approved June 22, 1916, granting the state certain lands for a game preserve. Section 3 of the act grants to the Colorado, Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad Company a right-of-way across the game preserve subject to the limitations of the act of congress referred to. Section 4 of the act prescribes the condition that the railroad be constructed and in operation before January 1, 1919.]
