(a) The fourth Saturday of September of the present year of our Lord 1945, and the fourth Saturday of September of each year thereafter is hereby designated as “Native American Day.”
(b) The first Wednesday of February of 2014, and the first Wednesday of February of each year thereafter is hereby designated as “Native American Legislative Day at the Capitol.”
