- place of assembly: means any public building, resort, hotel, as such term is defined by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 36-131

Within any place of assembly flexible metal gas connectors may be used in connection with natural gas-fired movable cooking equipment, if such flexible metal gas connectors are of a design and construction approved by the state fire marshal for such purposes as provided by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 36-133.
