Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 36-134

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

Any person, firm or corporation using a flexible metal gas connector in connection with natural gas-fired movable cooking equipment which does not meet the design and construction requirements approved by the state fire marshal pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 36-133 shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
