Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 38-530

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
  • Undertaking: means a promise or security in any form where required by law. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

Prior to its entry into force, an agreement made pursuant to this act shall be filed with the register of deeds of each of the counties participating in such joint undertaking and with the secretary of state.
