Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-1129
- insurer: means a company organized under laws of this state for the purpose of transacting the business of title insurance and any foreign or non-U. See Kansas Statutes 40-1136
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against any insurer reporting hereunder or its agents or employees, or the state board of healing arts or the board’s employees, for any action taken by them pursuant to this act.
