This act shall apply to the kinds of direct insurance specified in Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 40-901 and 40-1102 except for the kinds of insurance specified in subsections (a), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-1102: Provided, That this act shall apply to accident and sickness coverages written pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-1110.
