Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-3218
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of insurance of the state of Kansas. See Kansas Statutes 40-3202
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The commissioner in carrying out his obligations under the provisions of this act may by agreement or by contract designate qualified persons to make recommendations concerning the findings and determinations required to be made by him. Recommendations received pursuant to this section may be rejected or accepted in full or in part by the commissioner.
