Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-3222
- Person: means any natural or artificial person including but not limited to individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts or corporations. See Kansas Statutes 40-3202
No person shall use in its name, contracts or literature the phrase “health maintenance organization” or the initials HMO unless such person is certified under the provisions of this act.
