That when an irrigation district shall desire to issue bonds for the purpose of purchasing any ditches and laterals already erected, then the election to vote upon the proposition to issue such bonds, and the election to vote upon the proposition to purchase certain irrigation works, both of which elections are provided for by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 42-357 to 42-380, may be held at the same time.
