Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 44-1026

  • Person: includes one or more individuals, partnerships, associations, organizations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy or receivers. See Kansas Statutes 44-1002

It shall be unlawful to coerce, intimidate, threaten or interfere with any person in the exercise or enjoyment of, or on account of such person’s having exercised or enjoyed, or on account of such person’s having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of, any right granted or protected by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 44-1016 or 44-1017, and amendments thereto.
