- Person: includes one or more individuals, partnerships, associations, organizations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy or receivers. See Kansas Statutes 44-1002
Any person intentionally and falsely swearing, testifying, affirming, declaring or subscribing to any material fact upon any oath or affirmation required by the Kansas act against discrimination shall be deemed guilty of perjury as defined in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 21-5903, and amendments thereto.
