Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 44-129
- Crew chief: means any person, other than an employer, who brings a crew or group of migrant workers into the state of Kansas or is responsible for finding employment for them but shall not mean any custom combine operator. See Kansas Statutes 44-125
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
Any violation of this act shall be a class C misdemeanor. Any crew chief found to be in violation of this act shall cease to operate as a crew chief in this state for a period of two (2) years.
