- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
(a) Any complaint submitted to the attorney general shall be on a form prescribed by the attorney general setting forth the facts that the complaining party believes show that Kan. Stat. Ann. § 45-215 et seq., and amendments thereto, have been violated. The person submitting the complaint must attest to the facts under penalty of perjury pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 53-601, and amendments thereto.
(b) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the open records act.
