- Livestock: means cattle, swine, sheep and horses. See Kansas Statutes 47-1501
Feeding of livestock, and animal husbandry, for the purpose of this act shall be considered to be, and shall be construed to be, an agricultural pursuit: Provided, Such agricultural pursuit may be subject to any city zoning provisions created under the laws of Kansas or any subdivision thereof.
