Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 48-272

There is hereby created in the state treasury the military fees fund which shall be administered by the adjutant general. The adjutant general shall remit all moneys received as reimbursements from the federal government to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the military fees fund. The adjutant general may adopt rules and regulations establishing procedures for the administration of the military fees fund.
