Any person subject to this code who operates any vehicle in a manner proscribed by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 8-1567 and amendments thereto, in a reckless or wanton manner or while impaired by a substance described in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 48-3035a shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
