Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 50-720

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

Any person violating any of the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 50-701 to 50-719, inclusive, and amendments thereto, for which penalties are not otherwise hereinbefore provided shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in the manner provided by law.
