Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 58-3058

  • Act: means the real estate brokers' and salespersons' license act. See Kansas Statutes 58-3035
  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
  • Commission: means the Kansas real estate commission. See Kansas Statutes 58-3035

Any person aggrieved by an order of the commission may appeal the order in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas judicial review act.
