- Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
Subject to any rights, liens, or preferences existing by law independently of the levy of an execution, when two (2) or more general executions are levied against property of the same judgment debtor, their priorities and all questions pertaining thereto shall be determined in the same manner as is provided for conflicting claims and multiple attachment orders in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 60-713.
