The provisions of article 7 of chapter 60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, relating to attachment shall govern attachment proceedings for actions pursuant to the code of civil procedure for limited actions, except the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 60-711, and amendments thereto, relating to the appointment of a receiver, and the provisions of article 7 of chapter 60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated relating to the attachment of real property, shall not be applicable in lawsuits filed under the code of civil procedure for limited actions.
