Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-2011
- Board: means the state board of healing arts. See Kansas Statutes 65-2001
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The state board of healing arts shall remit all moneys received by or for it under this act from fees, charges or penalties to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury. Ten percent of each such deposit shall be credited to the state general fund and the balance shall be credited to the healing arts fee fund. All expenditures from such fund shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-2855, and amendments thereto.
