Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-2307
- person: means an individual, a corporation, a partnership, an association, a joint stock company, a trust or an unincorporated organization to the extent engaged in the manufacture of or sale of flour, white bread or rolls. See Kansas Statutes 65-2301
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the act, and the application of such provisions to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
