- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
(a) The board shall adopt rules and regulations designating the examinations required under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 65-2873 and amendments thereto and the passing grade on each examination.
(b) Any applicant who fails any examination required under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 65-2873 and amendments thereto may have a reexamination in accordance with criteria established by rules and regulations of the board, which criteria may limit the number of times an applicant may retake the examination until the applicant has submitted evidence acceptable to the board of further professional study.
