Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-4012
- Private treatment facility: means the same as defined in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 65-4024a
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
- Treatment: means the same as defined in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 65-4024a
(a) No person or governmental unit acting severally or jointly with any other person or governmental unit shall establish or operate a public or private treatment facility in this state without a license under this law.
(b) Violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor.
