(a) “Mental health center” means any community mental health center as defined in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 39-2002, and amendments thereto, or mental health clinics organized pursuant to the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 65-211 through 65-215, and amendments thereto, and licensed in accordance with the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 39-2001 et seq., and amendments thereto.

(b) “Secretary” means the secretary for aging and disability services.
