All rules and regulations, orders, and directives of the secretary of health and environment relating to those duties, functions, and powers transferred to the adjutant general by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-5725 shall continue to be effective and shall be deemed to be rules and regulations, orders and directives of the adjutant general until revised, amended or nullified pursuant to law.
