- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Secretary: means the secretary for aging and disability services. See Kansas Statutes 65-6501
The secretary may contract with investigative agencies, commissions or consultants to assist the secretary in obtaining information about courses of study and supervised clinical practicum experiences to be approved by the secretary under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 65-6505 and amendments thereto.
