Whenever the terms “child,” “human being” or “person” are used in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 21-5401, 21-5402, 21-5403, 21-5404, 21-5405, 21-5406 and 21-5413(a) and (b), and amendments thereto, such terms shall include each member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive.
