Any mortgage or security agreement required by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 66-1217 to be filed with the secretary of state, that has been heretofore recorded in the office of the register of deeds of any county or counties in this state, shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state within thirty (30) days after the effective date of this act, and such filing shall thereafter be of the same effect as if the instrument had been originally filed in said office of the secretary of state.
