- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The demand mentioned in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 66-296 may be made of any ticket agent or station agent of such railway company or corporation, or the assignee or lessee thereof.
