The provisions of the Kansas school equity and enhancement act, Kan. Stat. Ann. § 72-5131 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall not be severable. If any provision of the Kansas school equity and enhancement act, Kan. Stat. Ann. § 72-5131 et seq., and amendments thereto, is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by court order, all provisions of the Kansas school equity and enhancement act, Kan. Stat. Ann. § 72-5131 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall be null and void.
