On July 1, 1988, unless otherwise required by law, all books, records and other property of any board, council, committee or commission abolished by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-131 shall remain in the custody of, or are hereby transferred to, the state agency to which such abolished board, council, committee or commission was advisory or associated.
